Empathy Foundation is the CSR wing of Sugal & Damani. This foundation caters to Re-developing Schools, Medical Camps, Palliative Care, Scholarships, Nutrition Camps, Medical Check-ups. It has built 150+ schools in Maharashtra at a speed of approximately one school every 2-3 weeks.

The trust has developed schools in the birthplace of Shri. G N Damani and Shri. R N Damani. By constructing a state-of-the-art high school and middle school in Dhari, it has attracted students from neighbouring districts and has reached its full capacity. By also providing medical aid and education scholarships to students across India, we help students remain in school.
